Enviro Care Maids accepts all major credit cards, check and cash. Payment is collected or deducted from your credit card upon service completion.

Gratuities to our maids are appreciated but not required. Our cleaning teams will always take pride in their work and provide top quality service. Any gratuities may be given directly to your cleaning team or included in your payment.

We require 24 hours advance notification for cancellations or rescheduling, either by phone or email. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time are subject to a $25.00 cancellation charge. If we do not receive any notice of a cancellation or if we are unable to gain access to your home, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the scheduled cleaning service.

If you’re not satisfied with our cleaning service, simply call us within 24 hours and we’ll re-clean free of charge.
