Extreme Makeover: Home Edition: Summer 2007

Falcone Creative Design’s Lynda Falcone participated in the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition in Bridgeport, Connecticut for the Brown family. Gulick Associates principles, Mike and Steve Gulick were the builders who created this amazing home.

Lynda was the graphic designer and project manager for all the creative needs, including press kits, letterhead, flyers, invitations, web banners, billboards and coordinated projects to printer. Lynda also was the Website Manager for Connecticut’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition website. Duties included: art direction; minute by minute copy updating; coordinated photographers and photos; coordinated press release section; managed donor logos and their listing information. In addition, Lynda established an on-site mobile work station for the entire team to utilize computers and the Web. While onsite during the Extreme Build, Lynda also coordinated the hundreds of volunteers that came to help. Many duties included: garage removal, house cleaning, water replenishment, safety control, and asking for food donations.

Lynda and her crew really stepped it up to complete impossible multiple tasks – website development, event planning, public relations – all under extreme deadlines required by ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. The extreme pressure was handled with ease and professionalism. I can never thank her enough for the extreme job she did!
